    At Warine Styles, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

    1.Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 24hrs of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
• Certain items (e.g. sale items, accessories, or intimate wear) are not eligible for return.

    2.Exchanges

• We allow exchanges for sizes or style, subject to availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

    3.Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.   

    4.Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.
